To Drink Along:
Darjeeling Milk Punch in honor of Tom Stoppard
You will need:
- Half and Half 1.5 oz milk or half and half
- Brandy 2 oz (1.5 oz was more than enough)
- Darjeeling Tea 1 oz, strong brewed
- Simple Syrup 0.5 oz simple syrup
Shake ingredients over ice and strain into glass. Sprinkle with nutmeg and absurdity
